Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jpdewa", "we", "us", or "our" — refers to the operator of the website accessible at https://jpdewa.cam and all associated sub-domains, applications, and services.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile-optimized site, and any dedicated application through which jpdewa makes its services available to users.
• "Player", "you", or "your" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by you on the Platform, enabling access to real-money wagering services.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of deposited funds, credited winnings, and applicable bonuses held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts awarded by jpdewa that may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total stake a Player must place before Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• "IDR" or "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole accepted currency on the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age checks required by jpdewa.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the primary operating time zone referenced across the Platform.

Use of the Platform and participation in real-money gaming is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant on an ongoing basis that:

• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an Account permanently closed by jpdewa for regulatory or disciplinary reasons.
• You are not an employee, director, affiliate, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of jpdewa or its technology providers.
• The funds you deposit originate from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of criminal or fraudulent activity.

To access real-money betting services on jpdewa, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. The following rules govern Account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide your true full name (as it appears on your government-issued identification), valid date of birth, active mobile number, and accurate bank account details used for deposits and withdrawals. jpdewa reserves the right to request updated information at any time and to suspend Accounts pending verification of new data.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jpdewa will treat any action performed while your Account is logged in as actions authorized by you. In the event you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify our support team immediately. jpdewa accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability

Your Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account, your Balance, or your Bonus Funds to any other person or entity.

jpdewa operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. We may request identity documents at any stage of the player lifecycle, including before processing any withdrawal request. Required documentation typically includes:

• Identity Document: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or a valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document confirming your residential address in Indonesia, issued within the past three months.
• Payment Method Evidence: Where required, a screenshot or statement confirming your ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, or any supported e-wallet) used for deposits or requested for withdrawals.

jpdewa accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) through the following approved methods: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.1 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The current minimum deposit is Rp 25,000 for e-wallets and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. Please review the Payment Methods page within your Account dashboard for current limits.

5.2 Processing Time

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for most e-wallet methods and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfers during standard banking hours. Delays may occur during national bank maintenance windows, public holidays, or periods of high transaction volume.

5.3 Third-Party Deposits

You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including friends, family members, or shared bank accounts — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

5.4 No Deposit Fees

jpdewa does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. jpdewa has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered to your jpdewa Account. To protect against fraud and money laundering, the withdrawal destination must match the deposit source wherever possible.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Processing Times

jpdewa targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 15–60 minutes during standard operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Requests submitted outside these hours or requiring additional verification may take up to 24 hours. These are indicative targets, not guarantees, and processing times may be longer during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where further KYC review is required.

6.3 Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Any withdrawal request made before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the automatic forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds; only confirmed real-money winnings and net deposited funds will be released.

6.4 Withdrawal Refusal

jpdewa reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal request in the event of suspected fraud, pending KYC verification, breach of these Terms, active self-exclusion, or ongoing investigation. Where a withdrawal is declined, we will notify the Player and provide a reason to the extent permitted by applicable policy.

jpdewa offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongs ide each promotion and the general conditions in this clause.

7.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Promotional offers are available to verified Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion's individual terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. jpdewa reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify Players who attempt to exploit promotional terms in bad faith.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms. As a general guide, wagering requirements on jpdewa typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Certain game categories — including live dealer table games, sports betting, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying wagering requirements. 7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your Account without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to review expiry dates at the time of claiming any offer.

7.4 Abuse & Collusion

Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed abusive by jpdewa at its sole discretion will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their Account suspended pending review. jpdewa's determination on bonus abuse matters is final.

All games available on jpdewa — including video slots, live dealer table games, sports betting markets, bandar bola (football bookmaker) services, and specialty games — are governed by the individual rules published within each game interface or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable rules before placing wagers.

8.1 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error, jpdewa reserves the right to void affected bets and return the relevant stakes to Players' Accounts. Winnings derived from an obvious error are not valid and will not be paid. jpdewa will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players of any voided bets in a timely manner.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), live in-play markets, and Asian handicap lines — are subject to the specific sportsbook rules applicable to each sport and competition. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or other exceptional circumstances, settlement rules are applied in accordance with standard industry practice for each relevant sport.

8.3 Bet Confirmation

A bet is deemed placed and binding only upon receipt of an on-screen confirmation message and corresponding entry in your Account transaction history. jpdewa accepts no responsibility for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues, browser errors, or device failures on the Player's side.

jpdewa is committed to providing a safe and sustainable entertainment environment. We offer a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your Account settings. Players are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are prepared to accept within a given period before betting access is temporarily suspended.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions and receive reality-check pop-up reminders at configurable intervals.
• Temporary Time-Out: Pause all gaming activity for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the nominated exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jpdewa Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform or place bets without human instruction.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider betting in connection with any sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players, affiliates, or employees to defraud jpdewa or other users.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financially criminal activity.
• Registering multiple Accounts under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is unlawful without appropriate authorization.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any portion of the Platform's software, design, or content.

All content published on the jpdewa Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphical assets, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of jpdewa or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of jpdewa's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jpdewa, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, profits, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions, system outages, or scheduled maintenance windows.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account by third parties resulting from your failure to secure credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information or game outcomes displayed on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.

Where jpdewa's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jpdewa may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring Account closure.
• Prolonged Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero Balance.

Upon permanent Account closure, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, provided no outstanding investigation is in progress. Players may also voluntarily request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jpdewa holds its operating licence. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

For Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling activity in your province or municipality and for complying with all applicable local regulations. jpdewa makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in all locations within the Republic of Indonesia.

jpdewa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Revised" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via email or in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
